Chai Hot Chocolate
This fun hot chocolate pairs the rich creaminess of white chocolate with the aromatic spices of chai. A perfect cozy blend of sweetness and spice, offering warmth in every sip!
- 1 stick ceylon cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 1 tsp ginger freshly grated
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- marshmallows
In a medium sized saucepan over low heat, add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, and tea leaves. Roast together for a few minutes. Add the milk, heavy cream, and white chocolate until it reaches a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and strain out the pieces. Pour the hot chocolate into a teacup of your choice, top off with marshmallows, torch and enjoy!
