Chocolate Chip Cookie Tiramisu
Layers of luscious cream cheese and whipped dalgona paired with the sweetness of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. A decadent yet comforting treat that's sure to become a favorite!
- 3 chocolate chip cookies
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- some milk to soak the cookies
Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whip together the heavy cream until fluffy. Fold it into the cream cheese mixture and set aside.
Combine the instant coffee, hot water, and sugar in a cup and whisk until doubled in size and holds it shape. Now we can start layering!
Begin by quickly dipping a chocolate chip cookie in the milk. Place the cookie at the bottom of a cup of your choice. Add a layer of cream cheese on top, followed by a thin layer of the whipped coffee. Repeat with the remaining cookies, cheese mixture, and whipped coffee.
Top with chocolate swirls and refrigerate until firm. Enjoy!
