Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Wings
Who doesn’t love chicken wings? These oven-baked wings are perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and made with little to no oil—so you get all the flavor and crunch without the guilt.
Chicken Wings
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1.5 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp harissa spice blend
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Asian zing sauce
- 2 tbsp honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Adjust the center rack in your oven to the upper middle level. Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Brush the rack with olive oil to prevent the wings from sticking.
Use paper towels to pat the thawed wings dry and place them in a large bowl. Add the baking powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, and harissa spice blend and give it a good mix with your hands.
Evenly spread the chicken wings onto the wire rack and bake for 45 minutes, turning the wings over halfway way through.
In a large bowl, mix together asian zing sauce, honey bbq sauce, ketchup, and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Add the crispy chicken wings and toss in the sauce until thoroughly combined. Serve warm!
