Honey Mocha Latte
Rich, velvety espresso paired with the boldness of cocoa powder and a touch of golden honey, topped off with a chocolatey sweet foam.
For the cocoa froth:
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp sugar
For the drink:
- 1 spoon instant coffee
- 1 spoon cocoa powder
- 1 spoon honey
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 cup milk
Froth together the heavy cream, milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Set aside.
Combine the instant coffee, cocoa powder, and honey with the hot water. Add the milk and top off with foam, dust with cinnamon powder and enjoy!
