Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte
A creamy, spiced latte that captures the essence of fall from the rich, aromatic notes of chai to the earthy warmth of pumpkin spice.
Chai concentrate:
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- 3 tsp tea leaves
- 1 cup water
Pumpkin froth:
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp Torani pumpkin pie sauce
- 1 tsp toasted syrup*
Latte:
- Ice
- Milk
- Chai Concentrate
- Toasted Syrup
- Pumpkin Froth
- Pumpkin Spice
Chai:
In a bowl, mix together all your spices, the tea leaves, and water. Boil together until reduced by a ¼ cup. Strain out the pieces and set aside to cool.
Froth:
Combine heavy cream, milk, toasted syrup, and pumpkin pie syrup in a cup, froth until slightly thickened.
Latte:
In a tall glass, add your desired amount of ice, follow by 4oz milk, the chai concentrate, a tablespoon or two of toasted syrup, top off with the pumpkin froth and a dash of pumpkin spice and enjoy!
