Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

A creamy, spiced latte that captures the essence of fall from the rich, aromatic notes of chai to the earthy warmth of pumpkin spice.

Ingredients
  

Chai concentrate:

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 tsp tea leaves
  • 1 cup water

Pumpkin froth:

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Torani pumpkin pie sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted syrup*

Latte:

  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Chai Concentrate
  • Toasted Syrup
  • Pumpkin Froth
  • Pumpkin Spice

Instructions
 

Chai:

  • In a bowl, mix together all your spices, the tea leaves, and water. Boil together until reduced by a ¼ cup. Strain out the pieces and set aside to cool.

Froth:

  • Combine heavy cream, milk, toasted syrup, and pumpkin pie syrup in a cup, froth until slightly thickened.

Latte:

  • In a tall glass, add your desired amount of ice, follow by 4oz milk, the chai concentrate, a tablespoon or two of toasted syrup, top off with the pumpkin froth and a dash of pumpkin spice and enjoy!
