Smoky Black Sesame Latte
This isn't just any kind of tea latte—it's a rich, creamy blend of robust black sesame and a hint of smokiness making each sip a cozy, indulgent delight!
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup Harney & Sons Black Cask Bourbon Tea
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
black sesame foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesaole black sesame paste
For the tea concentrate: add 1 tea bag to 1/2 cup of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Froth together the black sesame foam ingredients, you might need to break down the paste with a spoon first.
Add some ice to a glass, add the milk, tea concentrate, sugar, and top off with the foam! Stir and enjoy!
