Let’s make a latte!
In a glass cup using a milk frother, froth together the heavy cream, coconut milk, sea salt, and sugar. Set aside. For the tea concentrate: add 2 tsp tea leaves to 1/2 cup of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes.
Take around a teaspoon of shredded coconut and lightly torch with a blowtorch until crisp. Be careful not to burn it!
Add some ice to a glass, add the milk, coconut milk, sugar, tea concentrate, and top off with the foam! Sprinkle with toasted coconut, stir and enjoy!

Sea Salt Coconut Tea Latte

Ingredients
sea salt coconut foam:
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- pinch of sea salt
tea concentrate:
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- ½ cup boiling water
sea salt latte:
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- ½ cup tea concentrate
- 1 tsp sugar
- coconut foam
- sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut
