Let’s get started!
Heat up the Costco croissants in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes or until crispy. Set aside to cool down.
In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the toasted kataifi and transfer to a piping bag with a big nozzle.
Using a knife, cut a small hole into the bottom of the croissant. Fit the tip of the nozzle into the croissant and fill until heavy. Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy!
These are best eaten fresh, not that you’re going to have any problem with leftovers!

Tiramisu Croissant
Move over almond croissants, this bakery-style croissant filled with tiramisu kataifi and a drizzle of chocolate is the perfect pick me up!
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup toasted kataifi
- 2 Costco croissants
- melted chocolate
