Tiramisu Croissant
Move over almond croissants, this bakery-style croissant filled with tiramisu kataifi and a drizzle of chocolate is the perfect pick me up!

- 4 oz cream cheese
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup toasted kataifi
- 2 Costco croissants
- melted chocolate
Heat up the Costco croissants in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes or until crispy. Set aside to cool down.
In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the toasted kataifi and transfer to a piping bag with a big nozzle.
Using a knife, cut a small hole into the bottom of the croissant. Fit the tip of the nozzle into the croissant and fill until heavy.
Drizzle melted chocolate onto the top and enjoy!
