Tiramisu Croissant

Move over almond croissants, this bakery-style croissant filled with tiramisu kataifi and a drizzle of chocolate is the perfect pick me up!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup toasted kataifi
  • 2 Costco croissants
  • melted chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the Costco croissants in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes or until crispy. Set aside to cool down.
  • In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the toasted kataifi and transfer to a piping bag with a big nozzle.
  • Using a knife, cut a small hole into the bottom of the croissant. Fit the tip of the nozzle into the croissant and fill until heavy.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate onto the top and enjoy!
