Coconut Meringue Hot Chocolate

Take your hot chocolate up a notch with a splash of coconut milk— a creamy, rich cocoa blends with sweet coconut flavor, topped with fluffy marshmallows for a cozy, tropical twist.

Ingredients
  

Hot Cocoa:

  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp hot cocoa
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 oz baking chocolate

Garnish:

  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • Desiccated Coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized saucepan add the coconut milk, heavy cream, milk, hot cocoa, sugar, vanilla paste, baking chocolate and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a glass of choice. Top off with marshmallow fluff, a dusting of dessicated coconut and enjoy!
