Let’s get started!
In a medium sized saucepan add the coconut milk, heavy cream, milk, hot cocoa, sugar, vanilla paste, baking chocolate and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour into a glass of choice.
Top off with marshmallow fluff, a dusting of dessicated coconut and enjoy!

Coconut Meringue Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
Hot Cocoa:
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp hot cocoa
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla paste
- 2 oz baking chocolate
Garnish:
- Marshmallow Fluff
- Desiccated Coconut
