Coffee Panna Cotta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tsp gelatin
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add the cold milk and sprinkle the gelatin. Set aside for 10 minutes to bloom.
  • To a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat, stir together the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, instant coffee, and salt. Cook until just beginning to boil.
  • Remove from heat and immediately whisk in the gelatin milk mixture until smooth. Strain into glass containers of your choice
  • Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm. Top off with some whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
