One thing I absolutely love about panna cotta is how easy it is to make but how rich and silky it tastes— fancy restaurant quality in less than 15 minutes and in the comfort of your home? What’s NOT to love.


Let’s get started!
To a bowl, add the cold milk and sprinkle the gelatin. Set aside for 10 minutes to bloom.

To a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat, stir together the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, instant coffee, and salt. Cook until just beginning to boil.

Remove from heat and immediately whisk in the gelatin milk mixture until smooth. Strain into glass containers of your choice

Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm. Top off with some whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate shavings. Enjoy!

Coffee Panna Cotta
Ingredients

- 4 tsp gelatin
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- ¼ tsp salt
