Let’s get started!
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, ghee, milk, and water and mix until a ball forms. You can add more water as needed until the dough is smooth and soft to the touch.

Cover and allow to rest for about an hour.
Once rested, divide the dough into six and form into balls. Brush with ghee and cover with plastic wrap and a towel to rest for an additional 15 minutes.

Place a dough ball onto a large baking mat and roll out as thin as possible. Start off with a rolling pin and then stretch it out with your hands. Brush with ghee and then sprinkle with flour.
Make a cut starting from the center and then carefully fold it into a cone, place your finger (or any object) in the middle of your cone so you don’t lose the spot! Once your cone is completed, fold it outward into a flat disc about 1/2″ thick.

Over medium high heat, add your pan and add 1/2 tablespoon of ghee. Pan fry the paratha until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and cut in half horizontally. Add your beef patty, cheese, and toum sauce and enjoy!
