Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams chicken thigh
  • 5 sprigs parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium carrot diced
  • 1 medium potato diced
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 1 inch ginger sliced
  • 1 tsp pepper corn
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 4 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash your chicken. Set aside. Wash and peel the vegetables and chop into desired sizes.
  • Add all the ingredients to a pressure cooker and cook for half an hour! Follow the instructions on your pressure cooker on safely releasing the steam.
  • Strain out the pieces and use the broth any recipe that calls for it— soups, pastas, or even rice! Or simply pour yourself a cup and drink it when you're feeling under the weather.
  • Don't have a pressure cooker? Don't worry, you can cook the broth in a large pot over medium heat for 2 hours!
