Let’s get started!

Clean and wash your chicken. Set aside. Wash and peel the vegetables and chop into desired sizes.

Add the chicken, parsley, garlic, ginger, carrots, potato, onion, peppercorn, chili and salt to a pressure cooker.

And the water, make sure all the vegetables are covered in liquid. Cook for half an hour! Follow the instructions on your pressure cooker on safely releasing the steam.

Strain out the pieces and use the broth any recipe that calls for it— soups, pastas, or even rice! Or simply pour yourself a cup and drink it when you’re feeling under the weather.

Don’t have a pressure cooker? Don’t worry, you can cook the broth in a large pot over medium heat for 2 hours!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams chicken thigh
  • 5 sprigs parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium carrot diced
  • 1 medium potato diced
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 1 inch ginger sliced
  • 1 tsp pepper corn
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 4 cups water

Instructions
