Herb and Garlic Bagel Spread

A creamy, savory blend of smooth cream cheese, garlic, and a variety of fresh herbs perfect for spreading on bagels, crackers, or as a dip for veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp chives
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp thyme

Instructions
 

  • In a cast iron pan over medium heat, add the garlic cloves without removing the skin and shake the pan occasionally so that the garlic cooks evenly. In 10-15 minutes the skins will have dark brown spots, but the garlic inside will be soft and mellow. Remove from heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, grated parmesan, roasted garlic, and herbs. Combine with a fork and then using a hand blender, whisk on high speed for about 3-5 minutes or until soft and fluffy!
  • Eat it plain on a bagel or use it to elevate your favorite sandwich!
