Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

A creamy, savory blend of smooth cream cheese, garlic, and a variety of fresh herbs perfect for spreading on bagels, crackers, or as a dip for veggies!

I am not the biggest fan of bagels, they’re dry and so tough to eat— what is the point of that??? But this herb and garlic cream cheese spread honestly made me like bagels JUST a little bit.

It’s the perfect blend of savory and creamy, complete with a good amount of roasted garlic— it’s an instant upgrade to any plain ole bagel.

Let’s get started!

In a cast iron pan over medium heat, add the garlic cloves without removing the skin and shake the pan occasionally so that the garlic cooks evenly. In 10-15 minutes the skins will have dark brown spots, but the garlic inside will be soft and mellow. Remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, grated parmesan, roasted garlic, and herbs. Combine with a fork and then using a hand blender, whisk on high speed for about 3-5 minutes or until soft and fluffy!

Spread it plain on a bagel, elevate your favorite sandwich, or even as a dip for veggies!
