Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain.
Add the warm pasta to a bowl, followed by the butter, grated parmesan, parsley, thyme, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Stir to combine with a wooden spoon. If needed, add a splash of heavy cream. Set aside.
Make the calamari by thawing 2 steaks in warm water, once soft, cut into thin strips. Add the calamari to a bowl, followed by the grated ginger, ground pepper, soy sauce, sweet teriyaki sauce, and fish sauce. Mix to combine.
Place a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once heated, add the calamari and cook for about 5 minutes or until the pieces have shrunk a bit. Remove from heat.
Serve yourself a plate of the pasta and spoon a good amount of calamari on top. Enjoy!
