Cucumber Mint Mocktail
Crisp cucumber and invigorating mint coming together in a vibrant, non-alcoholic concoction that’s as delicious as it is refreshing!
Ingredients
For the syrup
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
For the mocktail
- ⅓ cup shredded cucumber
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp mint syrup
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- sparkling water/seltzer
- ice
Instructions
For the syrup
- In a small pot, crush the mint leaves. Add sugar and water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Strain out the remaining leaves and set aside.
For the mocktail
