Golden Beets and Orange Carrot Juice

Anti-inflammatory, immune boosting, and high in Vitamin C this juice is perfect for when the weather drops and flu season begins!

It’s cold outside so I have got the perfect drink for you that is SO easy to make! All you need is some golden beets, oranges, carrots, apples, and ginger and you’re all set!

Trust me, you’ll be wanting to drink this even when you’re not sick.

Let’s get started!

Gather your ingredients and give them a good rinse to get rid of any dirt. Peel the skin from the carrots, golden beet, and ginger root. Cut the carrots into half lengthwise and cut the golden beet into quarters.

Peel the skin from the orange and cut into half. Cut the apple into quarters and make sure to remove any seeds.

Add all the ingredients into the hopper of your slow juicer, I’m using the Hurom H70. Press the on button and watch the magic happen! This is always my favorite part of the whole process.

You can use the pulp to make mini fritters and enjoy your fresh juice that’s perfect for the cold weather!

Pour the juice into a glass of your choice and enjoy!
