Let’s get started!
Preheat the oven to 400F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add your potatoes.
Cut the potatoes in half and flip everything so the cut side is up, add the garlic bulb to the center of the tray and add the sprigs of thyme.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, sprinkle the salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, rosemary, and basil evenly over the potatoes and garlic.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes, until the bottoms are golden and the potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife.

Crispy Oven Roasted Potatoes
These oven-roasted potatoes are the perfect easy side dish! With just five minutes of prep time, they’re seasoned to perfection and baked to golden, crispy goodness.
Ingredients
- 48 oz baby potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
