Mini Dragon Fruit Tarts

These tarts are a vibrant dessert that combines the sweetness of dragon fruit with a buttery, flaky tart crust. Filled with a creamy blend of dragon fruit, rose essence, and cream cheese these are perfect for any occasion!

Tell me one thing cuter than these mini dragon fruit tarts. Exactly, there’s nothing! And not only are these the cutest ever, they are so easy to make and are just bursting with flavor.

It’s a blend of sweetened whipped cream, tangy cream cheese, rose essence, and dragon fruit. A perfect marriage that pairs so well with the flakiness of the tarts.

Let’s get started!

In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Add the cream cheese, rooh afza, and dragon fruit and blend until smooth and fluffy.

Transfer to a piping bag and pipe into the tart shells. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy fresh!

These are best eaten right away because the liquid will make the shells soggy.

These mini dragon fruit tarts have become my go-to for parties and get-togethers. I love watching people’s faces light up when they see them, and I always get asked for the recipe.
