Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

A creamy, spiced latte that captures the essence of fall from the rich, aromatic notes of chai to the earthy warmth of pumpkin spice.

The trees are shedding their emerald leaves in exchange for fiery hues, the crisp autumn wind is on its way, and the past few days have been incredibly gloomy. It’s time for you to make a pumpkin spice chai latte— it has just the right amount of spices to warm you up but it’s still creamy and smooth on the tongue to leave you wanting more.

 

Let’s brew some chai!

 
Begin by brewing the chai in a small pot. Mix together all your spices, the tea leaves, and water. Boil until reduced by a ¼ cup. Strain out the pieces and set aside to cool.

To make the froth combine the heavy cream, milk, toasted syrup, and pumpkin pie syrup in a cup, froth until slightly thickened.

Let’s assemble it! In a tall glass, add your desired amount of ice, follow by 4oz milk, the chai concentrate, a tablespoon or two of toasted syrup, top off with the pumpkin froth!

 

Dust with pumpkin spice and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Ingredients
  

Chai concentrate:

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 tsp tea leaves
  • 1 cup water

Pumpkin froth:

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Torani pumpkin pie sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted syrup*

Latte:

  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Chai Concentrate
  • Toasted Syrup
  • Pumpkin Froth
  • Pumpkin Spice

Instructions
