If you’re anything like me and can’t start your day without a good cup of coffee, you’re going to love this homemade iced latte recipe. I’ve been on a quest to perfect my iced latte game, and after some experimentation, I’m excited to share the winner with you!
It’s all about balance: instant coffee, creamy milk, a little bit of powdered milk, and just the right amount of ice to keep things cool and refreshing. Whether you’re a coffee aficionado or just looking for a pick-me-up, this iced latte is a game changer.
Let’s make a latte!
Mix together the milk powder, sugar and instant coffee. Heat up the milk until slightly warm, blend the powder into the milk. If you want to decorate your glass like mine, all you need to do is drizzle some syrup into the drinking glass and using a small hand frother dip it into the syrup and press it at different levels!
Pour into a glass, add some ice cubes, a drizzle of caramel, and enjoy!
