Fluffy Apple Pancakes

Let’s make some pancakes!

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, and cinnamon powder. Once combined, whisk in the milk, melted butter, and egg until smooth. Chop an apple into small ¼ inch pieces and then fold it into the pancake batter.

Add some butter to a pan over medium-high heat. Once melted, scoop about a 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.

Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!

  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • cups milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 apple

Instructions
