Smoked Rosemary Mango Rose Tea

Paired with the sweet comfort of mango, the gentle floral touch of rose, and a hint of smoky rosemary, this white tea is a soothing blend that feels right at home on a quiet afternoon!

This iced mango rose tea is basically sunshine in a glass — with a little extra soul. I put it together on a warm afternoon when I wanted something refreshing but still cozy and grounding. The mango brings this mellow, tropical sweetness, the rose adds a soft floral note, and the ginger gives it just the right amount of zing.

Rosemary makes it feel earthy and calm, and that tiny hint of smoke? Chef’s kiss. It’s the kind of iced tea you pour into your favorite glass, add a big chunk of ice, and sip on the porch while pretending you’re in a cottage somewhere with absolutely no emails to answer.

Let’s get started!

Carefully torch the rosemary sprig until it begins to smoke, place in your glass and cover so the smoke fills the glass. Set aside while you make the tea. Brew a batch of white tea with the ginger following the instructions on the box.

Remove the smoked rosemary. Add 1/4 cup of the white tea and follow with the rose syrup, give that a good stir to combine.

Top off with the mango juice and ice!

Garnish with another sprig of rosemary and enjoy your tea!
