Lavender Galaxy Dirty Soda

A sparkling, show-stopping drink that’s almost too pretty to sip! A perfect marriage of floral lavender and butterfly pea flower tea, finished with a luscious sweet cream foam for a fizzy, dreamy treat that tastes as magical as it looks.

I can’t get over how pretty this drink is! The first time I made it, I was just trying to mix something pretty for a lazy afternoon, but watching the butterfly pea flower tea swirl into the sparkling water felt almost magical—like a tiny galaxy forming right in my glass. It’s fizzy, a little dreamy, and perfectly thirst-quenching. Honestly, I keep finding excuses to make it just to look at it!

Let’s get started!

To a glass, add several large ice cubes (this will help with giving you separate layers. Add the sparkling water, followed by the lavender syrup.

Brew one cup of butterfly pea flower tea and set aside to cool slightly, strain out the tea leaves. Pour on top of the ice cubes so the layers don’t immediately mix.

In a separate glass, beat together the heavy cream and white sugar until it forms a smooth, pourable consistency. Pour atop the ice cube and give it a good swirl.

Enjoy your little galaxy in a glass!
